The assay targets 3–5 regions per virus for enhanced detection confidence and replaces traditional labor-intensive multiple single-tube PCR workflows with a streamlined, high-throughput solution.

<12 Hours 

The total workflow is designed for efficiency, requiring less than 12 hours when using MiSeq i100. This timeline includes 3-4 hours of benchwork and incubation time, approximately 7 hours of sequencing, and less than 30 minutes for automated data analysis.

Low amount of cDNA 

This assay requires low amounts of input cDNA and is suitable for small, medium and high-throughput sample scales.

26 Pome Viruses/Viroids

In addition to the 26 targeted pome fruit viruses and viroids, the ChapterDX PomePlex 26 panel also detects Phaseolus vulgaris alphaendornavirus 1 (PvEV-1) and Phaseolus vulgaris alphaendornavirus 2 (PvEV-2) as integrated positive controls, ensuring assay performance and reliable detection results.
